🍽️ Quick Apple Walnut Bread

Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- walnut kernels 150 g
- water 200 ml
- yeast, fresh 0.5 pcs.
- sugar 1 tsp
- spelt flour, type 630 650 g
- salt 1 tsp
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 3. Put the apple pieces and walnuts into the mixing container.
- 4. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 5. Transfer the chopped mixture into a separate bowl.
- 6. Add water, yeast, and sugar to the empty mixing container.
- 7. Mix these ingredients for 2 minutes on speed 2 at 37 degrees Celsius.
- 8. Add the apple-walnut mixture, flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and the oil.
- 9. Knead the dough for 2 minutes in kneading mode.
- 10. Transfer the dough into a bowl.
- 11. Cover the bowl.
- 12. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
- 13. Grease a loaf pan well.
- 14. Fill the risen dough into the prepared pan.
- 15. Bake the bread for approx. 15 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
- 16. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 17. Finish baking the bread for another 40 to 45 minutes.
- 18. Remove the bread from the pan.
- 19. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- 20. Slice the bread and serve it.
