  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  3. 3. Put the apple pieces and walnuts into the mixing container.
  4. 4. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 6.
  5. 5. Transfer the chopped mixture into a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Add water, yeast, and sugar to the empty mixing container.
  7. 7. Mix these ingredients for 2 minutes on speed 2 at 37 degrees Celsius.
  8. 8. Add the apple-walnut mixture, flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and the oil.
  9. 9. Knead the dough for 2 minutes in kneading mode.
  10. 10. Transfer the dough into a bowl.
  11. 11. Cover the bowl.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  13. 13. Grease a loaf pan well.
  14. 14. Fill the risen dough into the prepared pan.
  15. 15. Bake the bread for approx. 15 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
  16. 16. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.
  17. 17. Finish baking the bread for another 40 to 45 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the bread from the pan.
  19. 19. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  20. 20. Slice the bread and serve it.
