  6. 6. Shake the wild garlic dry.
  7. 7. Cut the Parmesan into coarse pieces.
  8. 8. Put the Parmesan pieces into the mixing container.
  9. 9. Insert the measuring cup.
  10. 10. Crush the Parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 10.
  11. 11. Add the wild garlic, the cooled pine nuts, salt, and pepper to the mixing container.
  12. 12. Crush the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 8.
  13. 13. Push the mixture down from the inner wall using a spatula.
  14. 14. Add the oil and the olive oil.
  15. 15. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 5.
  16. 16. Transfer the pesto into a storage jar.
  17. 17. Store the pesto in the refrigerator until you need it.
