Ingredients
- Pine nuts 30 g
- Wild garlic 100 g
- parmesan 50 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 100 ml
- Olive oil 50 ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- 2. Toast the pine nuts for about 2 minutes without adding any fat.
- 3. Remove the pine nuts from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 4. Let the pine nuts cool down completely.
- 5. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly.
- 6. Shake the wild garlic dry.
- 7. Cut the Parmesan into coarse pieces.
- 8. Put the Parmesan pieces into the mixing container.
- 9. Insert the measuring cup.
- 10. Crush the Parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- 11. Add the wild garlic, the cooled pine nuts, salt, and pepper to the mixing container.
- 12. Crush the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 8.
- 13. Push the mixture down from the inner wall using a spatula.
- 14. Add the oil and the olive oil.
- 15. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- 16. Transfer the pesto into a storage jar.
- 17. Store the pesto in the refrigerator until you need it.
