  3. 3. Cut the red flesh into sticks about 1 cm thick and 6 cm long.
  4. 4. Crumble the feta cheese roughly with your hands.
  5. 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  8. 8. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Whisk olive oil with balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
  11. 11. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Add the watermelon, feta, and herbs to the bowl.
  13. 13. Gently mix all ingredients together.
  14. 14. Serve the salad on plates.
