🍽️ Quick Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- watermelon 1 pc.
- feta 200 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
- basil, fresh 15 g
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- light balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watermelon into four quarters.
- 2. Remove the green rind from each piece.
- 3. Cut the red flesh into sticks about 1 cm thick and 6 cm long.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese roughly with your hands.
- 5. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 8. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 9. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 10. Whisk olive oil with balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
- 11. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 12. Add the watermelon, feta, and herbs to the bowl.
- 13. Gently mix all ingredients together.
- 14. Serve the salad on plates.
