🍰 Quick Peach Butter Cookie Trifle

Ingredients
- peaches 4 pcs.
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- orange juice 2 tbsp.
- lemons 1 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 400 g
- vanilla sugar 0.5 packet
- mint, fresh 5 g
- butter cookies 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 3. Slice half a peach into thin wedges.
- 4. Dice the remaining peaches into small cubes.
- 5. Heat a pot over medium to high heat.
- 6. Melt 2 tablespoons of sugar in the pot.
- 7. Add the peach cubes and orange juice.
- 8. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
- 9. Halve the lemon.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 11. Mix yogurt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
- 12. Wash the mint.
- 13. Shake the mint dry.
- 14. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 15. Place the butter cookies in a freezer bag.
- 16. Crush the cookies into small crumbs using your hands or a pot.
- 17. Layer the butter cookies, yogurt cream, and peach compote alternately into the glasses.
- 18. Garnish the trifle with mint and the peach wedges.
- 19. Serve the dish.
