  7. 7. Add the peach cubes and orange juice.
  8. 8. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Halve the lemon.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  11. 11. Mix yogurt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.

  13. 13. Shake the mint dry.
  14. 14. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
