🍝 Quick Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Fusilli 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes mix 300 g
- Baby spinach 100 g
- Corn from the can 200 g
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of water with salt to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Add the fusilli pasta to the boiling salted water.
- 3. Cook the pasta for about 9 minutes until they are al dente (firm to the bite).
- 4. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drip dry.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the washed tomatoes in half.
- 7. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 8. Let the spinach drip dry in a colander.
- 9. Add the drained spinach and the corn to the colander.
- 10. Take a large bowl.
- 11. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the bowl.
- 12. Add 3 tablespoons of oil.
- 13. Add 4 tablespoons of vinegar.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 15. Whisk the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together well.
- 16. Mix the drained pasta, tomatoes, spinach, and corn with the dressing.
- 17. Finally, taste the pasta salad and adjust the seasoning if needed.
