Ingredients
- Beef Hamburger Patties 4 pcs
- Garlic Sauce 75 ml
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Pickle Spears 8 pcs
- Red Onions 1 pc
- Romaine Lettuce 1 pc
- Vine Tomatoes 1 pc
- Lye Rolls 4 pcs
- Sandwich Cheese 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Take the meat out of the fridge to let it reach room temperature.
- 2. Mix the garlic sauce thoroughly with the mustard.
- 3. Slice the four pickles into thin rounds.
- 4. Halve the onion, peel it, and slice it into rings.
- 5. Wash the lettuce, dry it well, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Wash the tomato, dry it, and slice it into rounds.
- 7. Preheat the grill.
- 8. Grill the burger patties on the hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning them until crispy on all sides.
- 9. Slice the lye buns and toast them briefly on the grill.
- 10. Spread the garlic-mustard sauce onto the bottom half of the buns.
- 11. Place a tomato slice on top of the sauce.
- 12. Place the grilled burger patty on top of the tomato.
- 13. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the hot patty.
- 14. Distribute the onion rings and lettuce over the burger.
- 15. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
- 16. Skewer a pickle slice through the burger with a wooden stick to hold it together.
- 17. Serve the burger immediately and enjoy!
