  3. 3. Cut the cucumber halves into thin sticks.
  4. 4. Cut the onion in half.
  5. 5. Peel off the outer skin of the onion.
  6. 6. Slice the onion into very thin slices.
  7. 7. Wash the dill.
  8. 8. Shake the dill dry.
  9. 9. Chop the dill coarsely.
  10. 10. Cut the lemon in half.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  12. 12. Heat a pan without fat on high heat.
  13. 13. Roast the sesame seeds in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan.
  15. 15. Place the sesame seeds on a plate.
  16. 16. Let the sesame seeds cool down.
