Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 pcs
- Onions, red 1 pcs
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Sesame, white 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise.
- 3. Cut the cucumber halves into thin sticks.
- 4. Cut the onion in half.
- 5. Peel off the outer skin of the onion.
- 6. Slice the onion into very thin slices.
- 7. Wash the dill.
- 8. Shake the dill dry.
- 9. Chop the dill coarsely.
- 10. Cut the lemon in half.
- 11. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 12. Heat a pan without fat on high heat.
- 13. Roast the sesame seeds in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 14. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan.
- 15. Place the sesame seeds on a plate.
- 16. Let the sesame seeds cool down.
- 17. Take a bowl.
- 18. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the bowl.
- 19. Add soy sauce to the bowl.
- 20. Add brown sugar to the bowl.
- 21. Add mustard to the bowl.
- 22. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl together.
- 23. Pour sunflower oil in a thin stream.
- 24. Whisk everything into a dressing.
- 25. Mix the cucumbers with the dressing.
- 26. Arrange the salad on plates.
- 27. Garnish the salad with the sesame seeds.
- 28. Garnish the salad with the dill.
- 29. Serve the salad.
