  3. 3. Add two tablespoons of pickle brine.
  4. 4. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Drain the pickles.
  6. 6. Remove the rind from the Alpine cheese.
  7. 7. Cut the pickles and cheese into thin strips.
  8. 8. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
  9. 9. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  10. 10. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  11. 11. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
  12. 12. Finely chop the parsley.
  13. 13. Halve the onion and peel it.
  14. 14. Cut the onion into very fine strips.
  15. 15. Add all prepared ingredients to the dressing in the bowl.
