🍽️ Quick Alpine Cheese Salad with Rustic Bread

Ingredients
- balsamic vinegar, light 3 tbsp
- sweet mustard 1 tbsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- oil 6 tbsp
- pickles 5 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- Alpine cheese slices 300 g
- chives, fresh 10 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- onions, red 1 g
- mild farmhouse bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Add vinegar, sweet mustard, and sugar to a bowl.
- 2. Stir the oil into the mixture.
- 3. Add two tablespoons of pickle brine.
- 4. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 5. Drain the pickles.
- 6. Remove the rind from the Alpine cheese.
- 7. Cut the pickles and cheese into thin strips.
- 8. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 9. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 10. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 11. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley.
- 13. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 14. Cut the onion into very fine strips.
- 15. Add all prepared ingredients to the dressing in the bowl.
- 16. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 17. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- 18. Plate the salad.
- 19. Serve the salad with rustic bread.
