  5. 5. Fry the Schupfnudeln (German potato dumplings) in the remaining pan juices for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the Schupfnudeln from the pan and set them aside.
  7. 7. Deglaze the pan juices with vegetable broth.
  8. 8. Pour in the cream.
  9. 9. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  10. 10. Add the peas, the meat, and the Schupfnudeln to the sauce.
  11. 11. Let everything simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Season the pan with nutmeg and salt.
  13. 13. Plate the Schupfnudel pan.
  14. 14. Add a dollop of sour cream on top.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish with fresh cress.
  16. 16. Serve the food immediately.
