🍽️ Quick Schupfnudel Pan with Sliced Turkey

Ingredients
- Sliced turkey 500 g
- Salt pinch
- Sweet paprika 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying 2 tbsp
- Sausage-shaped potato dumplings 500 g
- Vegetable broth 200 ml
- Whipping cream 200 ml
- Frozen peas 250 g
- Ground nutmeg pinch
- Sour cream 4 tbsp
- Cress bed 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Season the sliced turkey with salt and paprika powder.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan.
- 3. Fry the meat until golden brown on all sides.
- 4. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 5. Fry the Schupfnudeln (German potato dumplings) in the remaining pan juices for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 6. Remove the Schupfnudeln from the pan and set them aside.
- 7. Deglaze the pan juices with vegetable broth.
- 8. Pour in the cream.
- 9. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 10. Add the peas, the meat, and the Schupfnudeln to the sauce.
- 11. Let everything simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Season the pan with nutmeg and salt.
- 13. Plate the Schupfnudel pan.
- 14. Add a dollop of sour cream on top.
- 15. Garnish the dish with fresh cress.
- 16. Serve the food immediately.
