🍰 Quick Chocolate Croissant Muffins

Ingredients
- Croissant dough 2 pcs.
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon pinch
- Nut nougat cream 5 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Roll out the croissant dough flat.
- 3. Cut out the pre-made triangles from the dough.
- 4. Sprinkle each dough triangle with some brown sugar.
- 5. Sprinkle each dough triangle with cinnamon.
- 6. Thinly spread one teaspoon of nut nougat cream onto the bottom third of the dough.
- 7. Roll up the croissants starting from the creamed side.
- 8. Cut the rolled croissants in half lengthwise.
- 9. Grease a muffin tin.
- 10. Twist three croissant halves together to form a small bundle.
- 11. Place the twisted croissants into the cups of the muffin tin.
- 12. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 13. Let the muffins cool down briefly.
- 14. Carefully lift the muffins out of the muffin tin.
- 15. Serve the muffins lukewarm or cold.
