  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Roll out the croissant dough flat.
  3. 3. Cut out the pre-made triangles from the dough.
  4. 4. Sprinkle each dough triangle with some brown sugar.
  5. 5. Sprinkle each dough triangle with cinnamon.
  6. 6. Thinly spread one teaspoon of nut nougat cream onto the bottom third of the dough.
  7. 7. Roll up the croissants starting from the creamed side.
  8. 8. Cut the rolled croissants in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Grease a muffin tin.
  10. 10. Twist three croissant halves together to form a small bundle.
  11. 11. Place the twisted croissants into the cups of the muffin tin.
  12. 12. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Let the muffins cool down briefly.
  14. 14. Carefully lift the muffins out of the muffin tin.
  15. 15. Serve the muffins lukewarm or cold.
