  1. 1. Whisk ketchup, soy sauce, two tablespoons of honey, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Wash the schnitzels and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Coat the schnitzels in the marinade and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Place two schnitzels in the basket of the air fryer.
  5. 5. Cook the schnitzels at 180 degrees Celsius for five minutes.
  6. 6. Turn the schnitzels over and cook for another five minutes at the same temperature.
  7. 7. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining two schnitzels.
  8. 8. Whisk cream cheese, mustard, and the remaining honey in a small bowl.
  9. 9. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  11. 11. Slice the pickles.
  12. 12. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
  13. 13. Separate the lettuce leaves individually, wash them, and shake them dry.
  14. 14. Slice the burger buns horizontally.
  15. 15. Spread the mustard-cream cheese mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns.
  16. 16. Place the cooked schnitzels on the buns.
  17. 17. Layer the tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and onion rings on top.
  18. 18. Drizzle a little more mustard cream over the toppings.
  19. 19. Place the top halves of the buns on and serve the burgers.
