🍳 Quick Schnitzel Burgers from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Marjoram, dried 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Ham schnitzel from the top round of pork 600 g
- Cream cheese, plain 3 tbsp
- Mustard 3 tbsp
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- Gherkins 2 pcs
- Onions, red 1 pc
- Romaine lettuce 1 pc
- Hamburger buns 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Whisk ketchup, soy sauce, two tablespoons of honey, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2. Wash the schnitzels and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Coat the schnitzels in the marinade and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Place two schnitzels in the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Cook the schnitzels at 180 degrees Celsius for five minutes.
- 6. Turn the schnitzels over and cook for another five minutes at the same temperature.
- 7. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining two schnitzels.
- 8. Whisk cream cheese, mustard, and the remaining honey in a small bowl.
- 9. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
- 11. Slice the pickles.
- 12. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
- 13. Separate the lettuce leaves individually, wash them, and shake them dry.
- 14. Slice the burger buns horizontally.
- 15. Spread the mustard-cream cheese mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns.
- 16. Place the cooked schnitzels on the buns.
- 17. Layer the tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and onion rings on top.
- 18. Drizzle a little more mustard cream over the toppings.
- 19. Place the top halves of the buns on and serve the burgers.
