  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms with a cloth if necessary.
  2. 2. Slice the mushrooms.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the mushrooms together with the bacon strips for about 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. 5. Cook the ingredients until they are crispy.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7. Wash the basil.
  8. 8. Shake the basil dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Reserve a few leaves for garnish.
  11. 11. Finely chop the remaining basil.
  12. 12. Wash the tomato.
  13. 13. Remove the stem of the tomato.
  14. 14. Slice the tomato thinly.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  16. 16. Place the toast slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  17. 17. Top each toast slice with a tomato slice.
  18. 18. Add some of the mushroom mixture to each slice.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the toasts.
  20. 20. Sprinkle Emmental cheese over the toasts.
  21. 21. Bake the toasts in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  22. 22. Bake the toasts until they are golden brown.
  23. 23. Serve the toasts immediately.
  24. 24. Garnish the toasts with the reserved basil leaves.
