🥤 Quick Piña Colada

Ingredients
- pineapple 0.25 pc.
- pineapple juice 50 ml
- ice cubes 3 tbsp
- coconut milk 100 ml
- white rum 20 ml
- whipping cream 100 ml
- coconut flakes 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice it. In a bowl or cocktail shaker, add pineapple juice, ice cubes, coconut milk, rum, and whipped cream, then mix or shake well.
- 2. Moisten the rim of the cocktail glasses. Prepare a plate with coconut flakes and dip the glasses into it. Strain the Piña Colada into the glasses, evenly distribute it, and serve garnished with pineapple slices.
