🍝 Quick Pasta with Ground Meat Mushroom Sauce and Parmesan

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Onions, yellow 2 pcs
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Mushrooms, white 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes 500 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Minced meat, mixed 400 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Vegetable broth 300 ml
- Penne Rigate 500 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Chives, fresh 20 g
- Parmesan 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely.
- 3. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the mushrooms into quarters or eighths depending on their size.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them.
- 6. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pot over high heat.
- 7. Sear the ground meat vigorously for about 3 minutes.
- 8. Add the diced onions and the mushrooms.
- 9. Sauté the vegetables over medium to high heat for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Add the garlic.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 12. Mix broth and deglaze the meat with it.
- 13. Let the sauce simmer uncovered on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
- 14. Stir the sauce occasionally.
- 15. Cook the Penne Rigate pasta in the boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente.
- 16. Drain the pasta in a colander.
- 17. Stir 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the pasta.
- 18. Let the pasta drain briefly.
- 19. Wash the chives.
- 20. Shake the chives dry.
- 21. Slice the chives into fine rings.
- 22. Add the tomatoes to the ground meat mushroom sauce.
- 23. Warm the tomatoes briefly in the sauce.
- 24. Finely grate the Parmesan.
- 25. Add the sauce to the pasta in a large bowl or the pot.
- 26. Mix the sauce thoroughly into the pasta.
- 27. Adjust the seasoning of the pasta if necessary.
- 28. Serve the pasta on plates.
- 29. Sprinkle the pasta with chives.
- 30. Sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan.
