  1. 1. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Thoroughly wash the broccoli, remove the stem, and cut or break it into small florets. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, halve them lengthwise, and slice them thinly.
  2. 2. Cook the broccoli florets in the boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Then add the carrots, peas, and pasta, and simmer for another approx. 2 minutes. After that, drain everything in a sieve, rinse with cold water, and let it drain well.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely. Wash the spring onions, shake them dry as well, remove the roots, and slice them into fine rings.
  4. 4. Add 1 tsp of vegetable broth powder to each jar. Layer the prepared soup ingredients into the jars and store them in the fridge until ready to use. To serve, pour hot water into the jars and let it steep briefly. Enjoy your meal! Tip: This recipe is ideal for taking to work.
