  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Halve the onion and peel it.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  5. 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on high heat.
  6. 6. Fry the minced meat with a little salt in the hot pan for approx. 3 minutes until crispy and crumbly.
  7. 7. Stir the meat only occasionally.
  8. 8. Add tomato paste, the chopped garlic, the chopped onion, and the pasta seasoning to the pan.
  9. 9. Fry the ingredients on medium to high heat for approx. 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Pour in the cherry tomato sauce.
  11. 11. Season the sauce with salt.
  12. 12. Let the bolognese sauce simmer on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  14. 14. Mix the crème fraîche with half of the Parmesan and some pepper in a bowl.
  15. 15. Pat the mozzarella dry.
  16. 16. Slice the mozzarella as thinly as possible.
  17. 17. Spread a layer of bolognese sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  18. 18. Place 2 to 3 lasagne sheets on the sauce.
  19. 19. Spread a few tablespoons of the crème fraîche mixture onto the sheets.
  20. 20. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  21. 21. Finish the layers with the remaining bolognese sauce.
  22. 22. Top the lasagne with the mozzarella slices.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the lasagne.
  24. 24. Bake the lasagne in the oven for approx. 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  25. 25. Wash the basil.
  26. 26. Shake the basil dry.
  27. 27. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  28. 28. Take the finished lasagne out of the oven.
  29. 29. Let the lasagne cool down a bit before serving.
  30. 30. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the lasagne.
  31. 31. Serve the lasagne.
