🍝 Quick Lasagne Bolognese

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- minced meat, mixed 600 g
- salt pinch
- tomato paste 1 tbsp
- pasta seasoning 1 tbsp
- cherry tomato sauce 500 g
- parmesan 100 g
- crème fraîche 400 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- mozzarella 250 g
- lasagna sheets 15 pc.
- basil, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on high heat.
- 6. Fry the minced meat with a little salt in the hot pan for approx. 3 minutes until crispy and crumbly.
- 7. Stir the meat only occasionally.
- 8. Add tomato paste, the chopped garlic, the chopped onion, and the pasta seasoning to the pan.
- 9. Fry the ingredients on medium to high heat for approx. 2 minutes.
- 10. Pour in the cherry tomato sauce.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt.
- 12. Let the bolognese sauce simmer on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.
- 13. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 14. Mix the crème fraîche with half of the Parmesan and some pepper in a bowl.
- 15. Pat the mozzarella dry.
- 16. Slice the mozzarella as thinly as possible.
- 17. Spread a layer of bolognese sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- 18. Place 2 to 3 lasagne sheets on the sauce.
- 19. Spread a few tablespoons of the crème fraîche mixture onto the sheets.
- 20. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- 21. Finish the layers with the remaining bolognese sauce.
- 22. Top the lasagne with the mozzarella slices.
- 23. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the lasagne.
- 24. Bake the lasagne in the oven for approx. 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 25. Wash the basil.
- 26. Shake the basil dry.
- 27. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 28. Take the finished lasagne out of the oven.
- 29. Let the lasagne cool down a bit before serving.
- 30. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the lasagne.
- 31. Serve the lasagne.
