  3. 3. Spread the fries evenly on the tray.
  4. 4. Place the tray in the oven.
  5. 5. Bake the fries for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Take the tray out and turn the fries over.
  7. 7. Bake the fries for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Slice the chicken breast fillets lengthwise.
  9. 9. Do not cut all the way through to create a pocket.
  10. 10. Open the meat like a book.
  11. 11. Place cheese and ham inside the pocket.
  12. 12. Sprinkle parsley over the filling.
  13. 13. Close the meat pocket again.
  14. 14. Secure the opening with a toothpick.
  15. 15. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Heat a pan with clarified butter.
  17. 17. Fry the chicken pockets on high heat until golden brown on both sides.
  18. 18. Remove the meat from the pan.
  19. 19. Place the meat with the fries back into the oven.
  20. 20. Bake everything for about 10 minutes.

  22. 22. Crush the cornflakes slightly with your hands.

  28. 28. Cut the lemon into wedges.
