  1. 1. Rinse the pork steaks under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  3. 3. Place the meat strips in a bowl.
  4. 4. Season the meat with paprika powder, oregano, pepper, and salt, and mix everything well.
  5. 5. Wash the peppers, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Halve the onions and remove the outer skins.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Put the onions and garlic into the mixing container.
  9. 9. Chop the vegetables for 5 seconds on speed 8.
  10. 10. Push the ingredients down with a spatula.
  11. 11. Add the pepper pieces.
  12. 12. Chop everything again for 5 seconds on speed 5.
  13. 13. Push the ingredients down again with the spatula.
  14. 14. Add the oil and the marinated meat to the pot.
  15. 15. Fry the mixture for 7 minutes on the frying setting.
  16. 16. Add the cream, the broth, and the chopped tomatoes.
  17. 17. Let the soup cook for 10 minutes on speed 2 at 90 degrees in counter-clockwise mode.

  19. 19. Shake the parsley dry.
  20. 20. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  21. 21. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  22. 22. Finally, season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the finished soup.
  24. 24. Serve the gyro soup hot.
