🍲 Quick Gyro Soup

Ingredients
- pork minute steaks 600 g
- sweet paprika powder 1 tsp
- dried oregano 1 tsp
- black ground pepper pinch
- salt pinch
- red bell pepper 2 pcs
- yellow bell pepper 1 pcs
- yellow onions 2 pcs
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- oil 2 tbsp
- whipping cream 200 ml
- vegetable broth 300 ml
- chopped tomatoes 400 g
- fresh parsley 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork steaks under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 3. Place the meat strips in a bowl.
- 4. Season the meat with paprika powder, oregano, pepper, and salt, and mix everything well.
- 5. Wash the peppers, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds.
- 6. Halve the onions and remove the outer skins.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Put the onions and garlic into the mixing container.
- 9. Chop the vegetables for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 10. Push the ingredients down with a spatula.
- 11. Add the pepper pieces.
- 12. Chop everything again for 5 seconds on speed 5.
- 13. Push the ingredients down again with the spatula.
- 14. Add the oil and the marinated meat to the pot.
- 15. Fry the mixture for 7 minutes on the frying setting.
- 16. Add the cream, the broth, and the chopped tomatoes.
- 17. Let the soup cook for 10 minutes on speed 2 at 90 degrees in counter-clockwise mode.
- 18. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 19. Shake the parsley dry.
- 20. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 21. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 22. Finally, season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
- 23. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the finished soup.
- 24. Serve the gyro soup hot.
