🍽️ Quick Fish Stick Wraps

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- dill, fresh 10 g
- organic lemons 1 pc.
- crème fraîche 150 g
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
- fish sticks 12 pcs.
- butter 2 tbsp
- peas, frozen 500 g
- wraps 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley and dill under running water.
- 2. Shake off excess water and remove the thick stems.
- 3. Finely chop the herbs.
- 4. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 5. Grate about one teaspoon of fine zest from the lemon.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 7. In a bowl, mix crème fraîche with two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 8. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and the chopped herbs.
- 9. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 10. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 11. Fry the fish sticks in it for about five minutes until golden brown.
- 12. Let the fish sticks drain on kitchen paper.
- 13. Reheat the same pan with two tablespoons of butter over high heat.
- 14. Add the frozen peas to the pan.
- 15. Toss the peas for about four minutes.
- 16. Season the peas with the lemon zest, one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 17. Mash the peas roughly in the pan using a potato masher.
- 18. Spread the wraps thinly with herb remoulade.
- 19. Top the wraps with the mashed peas and the fish sticks.
- 20. Roll up the wraps tightly.
- 21. Serve the wraps immediately.
