Ingredients
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- cinnamon pinch
- cumin pinch
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- zucchini 2 pcs.
- feta 500 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Mix oil, cinnamon, cumin, and oregano in a bowl.
- 3. Season the oil mixture with salt and pepper.
- 4. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 5. Wash the bell pepper.
- 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 7. Slice the bell pepper into thin rings.
- 8. Wash the zucchini.
- 9. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
- 10. Slice the zucchini into rounds.
- 11. Drain the feta cheese.
- 12. Cut the feta into quarters.
- 13. Take four sheets of baking paper.
- 14. Fold the edges of the baking paper sheets up by about 8 centimeters.
- 15. Twist the corners to create small parcels.
- 16. Distribute the prepared vegetables onto the parcels.
- 17. Brush the vegetables with the seasoned oil mixture.
- 18. Place the feta pieces on top of the vegetables.
- 19. Brush the feta again with the oil mixture.
- 20. Place the parcels on two baking sheets.
- 21. Bake the parcels for about 20 minutes in the oven.
