  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Mix oil, cinnamon, cumin, and oregano in a bowl.
  3. 3. Season the oil mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Halve the onion and peel it.
  5. 5. Wash the bell pepper.
  6. 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  7. 7. Slice the bell pepper into thin rings.
  8. 8. Wash the zucchini.
  9. 9. Cut off the ends of the zucchini.
  10. 10. Slice the zucchini into rounds.
  11. 11. Drain the feta cheese.
  12. 12. Cut the feta into quarters.
  13. 13. Take four sheets of baking paper.
  14. 14. Fold the edges of the baking paper sheets up by about 8 centimeters.
  15. 15. Twist the corners to create small parcels.
  16. 16. Distribute the prepared vegetables onto the parcels.
  17. 17. Brush the vegetables with the seasoned oil mixture.
  18. 18. Place the feta pieces on top of the vegetables.
  19. 19. Brush the feta again with the oil mixture.
  20. 20. Place the parcels on two baking sheets.
  21. 21. Bake the parcels for about 20 minutes in the oven.
