🍽️ Wraps with Ham and Mango on Spinach Bed

Ingredients
- spinach 100 g
- mango 1 pc.
- lemon 1 pc.
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- wraps 4 pc.
- cooked ham 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and slice it into thin slices. Rinse the lemon, grate about 1 tsp of zest, then halve it and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3. Heat the wraps as desired in the oven or in a pan and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Then top with ham, spinach, and mango, and roll up tightly. Serve the wraps with ham and mango. Enjoy your meal!
