🍽️ Cozy Layered Cabbage with Minced Meat

Ingredients
- white cabbage 600 g
- potatoes, waxy 600 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- minced meat, mixed 600 g
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cumin 0.5 tsp
- beef broth 1.3 L
- bay leaves, dried 2 pcs
- parsley, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the white cabbage in half and remove the hard core in the center.
- 2. Cut the cabbage into pieces about two centimeters wide.
- 3. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 4. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- 5. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat.
- 6. Fry the minced meat until crispy for about two minutes.
- 7. Season the meat with paprika powder, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 8. Layer the potato slices on top of the meat.
- 9. Distribute the cabbage pieces evenly over the potatoes.
- 10. Pour the broth into the pot until the ingredients are covered.
- 11. Add the bay leaf to the pan.
- 12. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
- 13. Let the dish simmer gently for about thirty minutes.
- 14. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 15. Finely chop the parsley.
- 16. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 17. Serve the layered cabbage on deep plates.
- 18. Sprinkle the fresh parsley over it as a decoration.
