  1. 1. Rinse the pork neck steaks under cold water.
  2. 2. Dry the steaks thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Remove any sinew from the meat.
  4. 4. Rub the steaks evenly with the BBQ herb seasoning.
  5. 5. Halve the sweet onions and peel them.
  6. 6. Slice the onions into rings.
  7. 7. Wash the bell peppers.
  8. 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper into coarse cubes.
  10. 10. Mix ketchup, paprika powder, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and cumin in a bowl.
  11. 11. Use this mixture to create the grilling sauce.
  12. 12. Line a baking dish with bacon slices.
  13. 13. Layer the neck steaks alternately with bell peppers and onions in the dish.
  14. 14. Pour the sauce evenly over the layers.
  15. 15. Place another layer of bacon on top.
  16. 16. Preheat the grill.
  17. 17. Grill the layered meat at low temperature for approx. 2 hours.
  18. 18. Remove the meat from the grill.
  19. 19. Let it cool down briefly.
  20. 20. Serve the dish.
