- Greek-style Cream Yogurt 500 g
- Honey 100 g
- Orange Paste 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and brush it with the melted butter.
- 3. Mix 50 grams of sugar with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pastry.
- 4. Bake the pastry for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven until the surface is caramelized and golden brown.
- 5. Remove the puff pastry from the oven and let it cool completely.
- 6. Add the nut mixture, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and some water to a non-stick pan.
- 7. Turn the stove to the highest setting and stir constantly until the water has evaporated.

- 11. Whisk the Greek yogurt in a bowl with the honey, orange paste, and vanilla extract.
- 12. Crush the cooled puff pastry sheet into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 13. Place a spoonful of the yogurt cream into the bottom of your dessert glasses.
- 14. Layer the crunchy nuts and the puff pastry pieces alternately into the glasses.
- 15. Add a little more yogurt cream on top to hold everything together nicely.
- 16. Serve the dessert best immediately after layering to keep the puff pastry crispy.
