🍰 Panettone Layer Cake with Orange Cream

Ingredients
- Pistachios 4 tbsp
- Oranges 1 pc
- mascarpone 250 g
- Quark 20 % fat in trace 250 g
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Panettone 1 pc
- Apricot jam 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pistachios and chop them coarsely.
- 2. Rinse the orange thoroughly.
- 3. Finely grate the orange peel (about 1 teaspoon).
- 4. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, orange juice, and grated peel well together.
- 6. Place the cream in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- 7. Cut the panettone into four equal slices.
- 8. Spread 2 tablespoons of jam on each panettone slice.
- 9. Add 3 tablespoons of the orange cream to each slice.
- 10. Stack the slices on top of each other.
- 11. Garnish the stacked panettone with the remaining cream and jam.
- 12. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top.
