  1. 1. Peel the pistachios and chop them coarsely.
  2. 2. Rinse the orange thoroughly.
  3. 3. Finely grate the orange peel (about 1 teaspoon).
  4. 4. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, orange juice, and grated peel well together.
  6. 6. Place the cream in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  7. 7. Cut the panettone into four equal slices.
  8. 8. Spread 2 tablespoons of jam on each panettone slice.
  9. 9. Add 3 tablespoons of the orange cream to each slice.
  10. 10. Stack the slices on top of each other.
  11. 11. Garnish the stacked panettone with the remaining cream and jam.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top.
