  2. 2. Knead the ingredients for about five minutes until you have a smooth dough.

  4. 4. Wash the zucchini and cut it into rough chunks.
  5. 5. Crumble the tofu into rough pieces using your hands.
  6. 6. Mix the tofu in a bowl with cornstarch and chili.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions and cut off the root ends.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  9. 9. Set aside about one handful of the green rings.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  11. 11. Slice the peppers, including the seeds, into thin rings.
  12. 12. Mix the garlic, peppers, and the rest of the spring onions in a bowl with one tablespoon of chili powder.
  13. 13. Heat four tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  14. 14. Pour the hot oil directly over the spice mixture.
  15. 15. Stir the chili oil well with soy sauce and agave syrup.
  16. 16. Bring four liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
