  3. 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl until frothy.
  4. 4. Sift the flour and baking powder over the egg mixture.
  5. 5. Stir the dry ingredients in until combined.
  6. 6. Add the butter cubes to the dough gradually.
  7. 7. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Peel the apples and remove the core.
  9. 9. Cut the apples into small pieces.
  10. 10. Toss the apple pieces in a bowl with cinnamon.
  11. 11. Gently fold the seasoned apple pieces into the dough.
  12. 12. Grease a springform pan and line it with baking paper.
  13. 13. Pour the dough into the pan and smooth the top.
