  1. 1. Rinse the pork tenderloin under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. 3. Peel the ginger and garlic cloves and dice them finely.
  4. 4. Mix oil with the ginger, garlic, and chili in a bowl.
  5. 5. Place the meat in the marinade and set it aside.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions, shake off excess water, and cut off the roots.
  7. 7. Cut the spring onions into rings about 1 cm wide.
  8. 8. Wash the peppers, halve them, and remove the core and seeds.
  9. 9. Cut the peppers into strips about 1 cm wide.
  10. 10. Place the pineapple in a sieve and catch the juice (approx. 200 ml).
  11. 11. Place the rice in a pot and cover it with approx. 450 ml of salted water.
  12. 12. Bring the water to a boil.
  13. 13. Reduce the heat to low to medium and let the rice cook covered for approx. 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the meat from the marinade and place it on a plate.
  15. 15. Pour the marinade oil into a pan or wok and heat it over medium heat.
  16. 16. Fry the tenderloin in the hot oil for approx. 3 minutes.
  17. 17. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
  18. 18. Do not clean the pan.
  19. 19. Reheat the pan over medium heat.
  20. 20. Sauté the peppers and spring onions for approx. 3 minutes.
  21. 21. Add the pineapple and cook everything for another 1 minute.
  22. 22. Mix cornstarch with a little water in a small bowl.
  23. 23. Deglaze the vegetables with the collected pineapple juice.
  24. 24. Stir the cornstarch-water mixture into the vegetables.
  25. 25. Return the pork tenderloin to the pan with the vegetables.
  26. 26. Season the dish with soy sauce and pepper to taste.
  27. 27. Plate the meat with the vegetables and rice.
