🍝 Spicy Spaghetti with Shrimp

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Parsley, fresh 50 g
- Olives, green 100 g
- Lemons 1 pcs.
- Party Shrimp 500 g
- spaghetti 500 g
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Chili, ground pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of water with salt to a boil in a large pot and cover the pot.
- 2. Halve the onions, remove the skin, and cut them into cubes.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Wash the parsley, dry it well, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely.
- 5. Drain the olives and chop them coarsely.
- 6. Rinse the lemon under hot water, grate about 1 teaspoon of zest, and halve the fruit.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon.
- 8. Clean the shrimp and pat them dry.
- 9. Add the spaghetti to the boiling salted water and cook for about 8 minutes al dente.
- 10. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 11. Sauté the onions, garlic, chili, and olives for about 3 minutes.
- 12. Add the shrimp and the lemon zest, and fry for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 13. Stir in the parsley and remove the pan from the heat.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the lemon juice.
- 15. Drain the pasta, let it drain well, and fold it into the shrimp mixture.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately.
