Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- olives, green 80 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- feta 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Peel the onion.
- 3. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 5. Slice the bell pepper into thin rings.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes.
- 7. Remove the stems from the tomatoes.
- 8. Slice the tomatoes.
