Ingredients
- butter 250 g
- eggs 3 pcs
- dry white wine 70 ml
- water 50 ml
- salt pinch
- black ground pepper pinch
- lemons 0.5 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Cut the butter into small cubes.
- 2. Place the butter cubes into the mixing container.
- 3. Melt the butter at 70 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes on setting 3.
- 4. Pour the melted butter into a separate bowl.
- 5. Separate the eggs and set aside the egg whites for another use.
- 6. Attach the whisk attachment to the mixing container.
- 7. Add wine, water, egg yolks, salt, and pepper to the mixing container.
- 8. Whisk the mixture without the measuring cup for 5 minutes on setting 3 at 70 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Slowly pour the melted butter through the opening of the measuring cup into the mixture.
- 10. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 11. Remove the whisk attachment from the mixing container.
- 12. Season the sauce to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
