  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Wash the cauliflower and remove the hard core.
  3. 3. Cut the cauliflower into florets of about 2 cm.
  4. 4. Place the florets in a bowl.
  5. 5. Mix them with 3 tablespoons of oil, curry, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. 7. Bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  8. 8. Set the bowl aside for now.
  9. 9. Mix peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in the bowl.
  10. 10. Wash the turkey breast and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  11. 11. Cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm.
  12. 12. Mix the turkey pieces thoroughly with the marinade.
  13. 13. Thread the marinated meat pieces onto skewers.
  14. 14. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  15. 15. Fry the skewers on all sides for about 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Place the skewers in the oven with the cauliflower for approx. 7 minutes.
  17. 17. Clean the pan for the next step.
  18. 18. Wash the pak choi.
  19. 19. Halve it lengthwise.
  20. 20. Remove the hard core at the bottom.
  21. 21. Peel the garlic.
  22. 22. Slice it into thin slices.
  23. 23. Wash the lemon.
  24. 24. Halve it and squeeze out the juice.
  25. 25. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the clean pan over medium heat.
  26. 26. Fry the garlic and pak choi in it for about 3 minutes.
  27. 27. Mix the cornstarch in approx. 100 ml of cold water.
  28. 28. Add the starch-water mixture to the pak choi.
  29. 29. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  30. 30. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  31. 31. Add any leftover marinade to the pak choi.
  32. 32. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  33. 33. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and curry.
  34. 34. Take the cauliflower and skewers out of the oven.
  35. 35. Plate both items.
  36. 36. Add the pak choi.
  37. 37. Serve the turkey satay skewers with the roasted cauliflower and pak choi.
