  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm.
  4. 4. Mix the peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, and broth in a bowl.
  5. 5. Place the turkey cubes into the marinade.
  6. 6. Set the bowl aside.
  7. 7. Wash the coriander.
  8. 8. Dry the coriander.
  9. 9. Finely chop the coriander leaves and stems.
  10. 10. Put the rice into a pot.
  11. 11. Pour 500 ml of salted water over it.
  12. 12. Bring the water to a boil.
  13. 13. Reduce the heat to low.
  14. 14. Cover the pot.
  15. 15. Let the rice cook for about 8 minutes.
  16. 16. Fill another pot with about 4 liters of water.
  17. 17. Salt the water in this pot.
  18. 18. Bring the water to a boil.
  19. 19. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (convection).
  20. 20. Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
  21. 21. Remove the stalk from the broccoli.
  22. 22. Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces.
  23. 23. Peel the broccoli stalk.
  24. 24. Cut off any woody parts from the stalk.
  25. 25. Cut the stalk into small cubes.
  26. 26. Put the broccoli into the boiling salted water.
  27. 27. Cook the broccoli for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  28. 28. Thread the marinated turkey pieces onto wooden skewers.
  29. 29. Heat a non-stick pan without fat over medium heat.
  30. 30. Fry the skewers all around for about 4 minutes.
  31. 31. Place the skewers on a baking sheet.
  32. 32. Cook the skewers in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  33. 33. Drain the broccoli in a sieve.
  34. 34. Peel the garlic.
  35. 35. Finely chop the garlic.
  36. 36. Heat another pan without fat over medium heat.
  37. 37. Roast the almonds in the pan for about 2 minutes.
  38. 38. Shake the pan regularly while doing so.
  39. 39. Add the broccoli and garlic to the pan.
  40. 40. Fry the mixture for about 2 minutes.
  41. 41. Season with salt and pepper.
  42. 42. Mix the rice with the chopped coriander.
  43. 43. Plate the Saté skewers.
  44. 44. Serve them with the jasmine rice and almond broccoli.
