Ingredients
- chili pepper Mix 2 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Ginger, fresh 25 g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Peanut butter 4 tbsp
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the peppers.
- 3. Finely chop the peppers.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Peel the ginger.
- 6. Finely chop the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the ginger.
- 8. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- 9. Fry the peppers and garlic for about 1 minute.
- 10. Add the ginger and peanut butter to the pot.
- 11. Stir until the peanut butter has melted.
- 12. Add the coconut milk to the pot gradually.
- 13. Stir the sauce until creamy.
- 14. Season the satay sauce with soy sauce.
- 15. Season the sauce with salt.
- 16. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 17. Serve the sauce with chicken skewers or rice.
