  1. 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly, trim the roots, and slice into thin rings. Drain the pickles and tuna well, and dice the pickle into small cubes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mash the tuna with a fork and mix with the spring onions, pickle, and cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
  3. 3. Wash the arugula and drain well. Wash the radishes, trim the ends, and slice into thin slices.
  4. 4. Spread four slices of toast bread with the tuna cream and top with arugula and radishes. Place the remaining toast slices on top, press lightly, cut diagonally in half, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
