Ingredients
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Cream cheese, plain 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rye wholemeal bread, sliced 8 slices
- Poultry ham 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon. Mash it in a bowl and mix it with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Spread the avocado cream on the slices of bread. Place poultry ham on four slices and top with the remaining bread slices. Serve the sandwich with poultry ham.
