  10. 10. Wash the cilantro and shake it dry.
  11. 11. Remove the thick stems from the cilantro.
  12. 12. Finely chop the cilantro.
  13. 13. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
  14. 14. Use the egg white for another purpose.
  15. 15. Place the chopped shrimp in a bowl.
  16. 16. Add the sliced spring onions to the bowl.
  17. 17. Add the chopped ginger to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  19. 19. Add the egg yolk to the bowl.
  20. 20. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
