🍽️ Salad wraps with tofu

Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- smoked tofu 200 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- bell pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- mini romaine 2 pc.
- peanuts, roasted and salted 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Slice the tofu into thin pieces. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of lime juice with 1 tablespoon of oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Combine the tofu with the marinade and set aside.
- 2. Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove the stem and seeds, and slice it into thin strips. Wash the carrot, peel it, trim the ends, and cut it into thin strips as well. Separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly. Roughly chop the peanuts.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat. Remove the tofu from the marinade, reserving the marinade, and fry the tofu in the hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 4. Take the tofu out of the pan and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Add the peanuts and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Arrange the bell pepper and carrot strips along with the tofu at the top of the lettuce leaves. Roll up the lettuce leaves and serve with the marinade as a dip.
