🍽️ Sweet and sour orange tofu wraps with crunchy broccoli

Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce 2 pcs
- Broccoli 1 pc
- Tofu, plain 250 g
- Spring onions 1 pc
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Orange juice 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sesame, white 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Carefully separate the leaves of the romaine lettuce.
- 2. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Spin the leaves dry or pat them off with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Wash the broccoli under running water.
- 5. Remove the hard stalk at the bottom of the broccoli.
- 6. Divide the upper part of the broccoli into small florets.
- 7. Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Cut the tofu into cubes of about two centimeters in size.
- 9. Wash the spring onions under running water.
- 10. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 11. Remove the root end of the spring onions.
- 12. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 13. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 14. Fry the tofu in the pan for about five minutes until golden brown.
- 15. Add the broccoli to the pan.
- 16. Pour the orange juice into the pan.
- 17. Add the soy sauce to the pan.
- 18. Add the light balsamic vinegar to the pan.
- 19. Add the cane sugar to the pan.
- 20. Let the mixture simmer for about three minutes.
- 21. Wait until the liquid in the pan has evaporated.
- 22. Season the dish with salt to taste.
- 23. Season the dish with pepper to taste.
- 24. Fill the romaine lettuce leaves with the orange tofu and broccoli.
- 25. Garnish the wraps with sesame seeds.
- 26. Garnish the wraps with the sliced spring onions.
- 27. Serve the wraps immediately.
