  1. 1. Carefully separate the leaves of the romaine lettuce.
  2. 2. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Spin the leaves dry or pat them off with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Wash the broccoli under running water.
  5. 5. Remove the hard stalk at the bottom of the broccoli.
  6. 6. Divide the upper part of the broccoli into small florets.
  7. 7. Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Cut the tofu into cubes of about two centimeters in size.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the spring onions dry.
  11. 11. Remove the root end of the spring onions.
  12. 12. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Fry the tofu in the pan for about five minutes until golden brown.
  15. 15. Add the broccoli to the pan.
  16. 16. Pour the orange juice into the pan.
  17. 17. Add the soy sauce to the pan.
  18. 18. Add the light balsamic vinegar to the pan.
  19. 19. Add the cane sugar to the pan.
  20. 20. Let the mixture simmer for about three minutes.
  21. 21. Wait until the liquid in the pan has evaporated.
  22. 22. Season the dish with salt to taste.
  23. 23. Season the dish with pepper to taste.
  24. 24. Fill the romaine lettuce leaves with the orange tofu and broccoli.
  25. 25. Garnish the wraps with sesame seeds.
  26. 26. Garnish the wraps with the sliced spring onions.
