🍽️ Salad Wraps with Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- dried tomatoes 40 g
- cooked ham 200 g
- chives, fresh 20 g
- organic lemons 1 pc.
- Iceberg lettuce 0.5 pc.
- cream cheese, grainy 400 g
- horseradish 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot and cook the eggs hard for about 10 minutes. Drain, cool them down with cold water, let them cool, peel, and chop finely.
- 2. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and ham into strips. Wash the chives, dry them thoroughly, and slice them into small rings. Wash a lemon and finely grate about 1 teaspoon of its zest. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and let them drain.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, chives, and lemon zest. Season with horseradish, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Spread the cream onto the lettuce leaves, fold in the sides, roll them up, and refrigerate until serving. Cut the salad wraps with cream cheese spread in half and serve.
