  2. 2. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and ham into strips. Wash the chives, dry them thoroughly, and slice them into small rings. Wash a lemon and finely grate about 1 teaspoon of its zest. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and let them drain.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, chives, and lemon zest. Season with horseradish, salt, and pepper.
