🍽️ Crispy Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
- peanuts, roasted and salted 50 g
- ginger, fresh 15 g
- cilantro, fresh 20 g
- mint, fresh 20 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- oil 4 tbsp
- honey 2 tsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- spring onions 1 bunch
- lettuce cucumbers 1 g
- carrots 2 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- mini romaine 2 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the peanuts.
- 2. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
- 3. Wash the coriander and mint.
- 4. Shake the herbs dry.
- 5. Separate the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Finely chop the herbs.
- 7. Wash the lemon.
- 8. Cut the lemon in half.
- 9. Squeeze out the juice.
- 10. Place the herbs in a bowl.
- 11. Add the garlic.
- 12. Add the peanuts.
- 13. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 14. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 15. Add honey.
- 16. Add soy sauce.
- 17. Mix the ingredients.
- 18. Season with salt and pepper.
- 19. Rinse the chicken breast fillet.
- 20. Pat the meat dry.
- 21. Place the chicken in the marinade.
- 22. Let the meat marinate.
- 23. Rinse the spring onions.
- 24. Cut the spring onions into rings.
- 25. Peel the cucumber.
- 26. Peel the carrots.
- 27. Peel the avocado.
- 28. Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
- 29. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves.
- 30. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 31. Shake the lettuce leaves dry.
- 32. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 33. Set the heat to medium.
- 34. Take the chicken out of the marinade.
- 35. Fry the chicken all over.
- 36. Fry the chicken for about 7 minutes.
- 37. Deglaze the meat with the marinade.
- 38. Set the heat to low.
- 39. Cover the pan.
- 40. Simmer the chicken for approx. 7 minutes.
- 41. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- 42. Place the spring onions on the lettuce leaves.
- 43. Place the vegetables on the lettuce leaves.
- 44. Place the chicken on the lettuce leaves.
- 45. Drizzle the wrap with the remaining sauce.
- 46. Roll up the lettuce leaves lengthwise.
