  5. 5. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  6. 6. Put mustard, one teaspoon of agave syrup, four tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, the chopped basil, the lemon zest, and three tablespoons of lemon juice into a jar with a screw lid.
  7. 7. Close the jar and shake it vigorously until everything is mixed.
  8. 8. Finally, taste the dressing and adjust if needed.
  9. 9. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
  10. 10. Cut the onion into thin strips.
