🥗 Crispy Salad with Grapes and Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
- Head lettuce 1 pc.
- Dark grapes 100 g
- Light grapes 100 g
- Blue cheese 200 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Light balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Ciabatta bread 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the salad thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Dry the salad using a salad spinner or a kitchen towel.
- 4. Tear the salad into bite-sized small pieces.
- 5. Also wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 6. Carefully remove the grapes from the stems.
- 7. Cut the individual grapes in half.
- 8. First, slice the cheese into thin slices.
- 9. Then, cut the cheese slices into long sticks.
- 10. Place the bread in the preheated oven.
- 11. Toast the bread for about 10 minutes until it is crispy.
- 12. Remove the bread from the oven and slice it.
- 13. Put the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard into a bowl.
- 14. Mix the dressing ingredients vigorously together.
- 15. Season the dressing to taste.
- 16. Add the salad to the bowl with the dressing.
- 17. Toss the salad so that it is evenly coated with the dressing.
- 18. Serve the salad together with the bread slices.
