🥗 Warm Lentil Salad with Camembert and Grapes

Ingredients
- red lentils 300 g
- vegetable broth 1.2 L
- salad mix 400 g
- dark wine grapes 100 g
- light wine grapes 100 g
- shallots 1 pc.
- oil 4 tbsp
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- walnut kernels 40 g
- camembert 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Place the red lentils into the cooking insert and insert it into the mixing bowl.
- 2. Pour hot broth into the mixing bowl.
- 3. Heat the lentils for 15 minutes at speed 1 and 100 degrees Celsius.
- 4. Wash the salad thoroughly and spin it dry.
- 5. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
- 6. Cut the shallot in half and peel it.
- 7. Remove the cooked lentils from the mixing bowl and transfer them to a bowl.
- 8. Clean the mixing bowl.
- 9. Place the shallot into the clean mixing bowl.
- 10. Blend the shallot for 4 seconds at speed 8.
- 11. Add oil and vinegar and chop everything for 10 seconds at speed 8.
- 12. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Heat a frying pan on high heat.
- 14. Roast the walnuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 15. Cut the Camembert into wedges.
- 16. Mix the lentils with the dressing and the grapes.
- 17. Serve the salad with the Camembert and the walnuts.
