  1. 1. Place the red lentils into the cooking insert and insert it into the mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Pour hot broth into the mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Heat the lentils for 15 minutes at speed 1 and 100 degrees Celsius.
  4. 4. Wash the salad thoroughly and spin it dry.
  5. 5. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
  6. 6. Cut the shallot in half and peel it.
  7. 7. Remove the cooked lentils from the mixing bowl and transfer them to a bowl.
  8. 8. Clean the mixing bowl.
  9. 9. Place the shallot into the clean mixing bowl.
  10. 10. Blend the shallot for 4 seconds at speed 8.
  11. 11. Add oil and vinegar and chop everything for 10 seconds at speed 8.
  12. 12. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Heat a frying pan on high heat.
  14. 14. Roast the walnuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  15. 15. Cut the Camembert into wedges.
  16. 16. Mix the lentils with the dressing and the grapes.
  17. 17. Serve the salad with the Camembert and the walnuts.
