  1. 1. Wash the plums thoroughly, halve them, remove the pits, and cut them into wedges. Roughly chop the cashew nuts. Wash the salad, spin it dry, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the dried plums.
  2. 2. Heat a pan to high temperature and fry the bacon strips for about 3 minutes until crispy. Let them cool on kitchen paper. Add the butter to the pan and fry the plums over medium heat for approx. 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove them.
  3. 3. Combine the frying fat with vinegar and oil, add the dried plums, and adjust the seasoning with honey, salt, and pepper. Toss the dressing with the salad in a bowl and garnish with cashew nuts, fried plums, and bacon. Enjoy your meal!
