  1. 1. Wash spring onions thoroughly, dry them, trim the roots, and slice them into rings. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it. Separate the salad leaves, tear them into bite-sized pieces, and wash them as well.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil with mustard and honey well. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Drain the tuna and fry it in the pan for about 3 minutes until crispy.
  4. 4. Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and arrange them on plates. Sprinkle the crispy tuna on top. Serve with baguette. Enjoy your meal!
