🥗 Fresh Salad with Grilled Peaches

Ingredients
- mini cucumbers 6 pcs.
- salt pinch
- peaches 5 pcs.
- mozzarella 1 pcs.
- salad mix 150 g
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 2 tsp
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cucumbers under running water.
- 2. Place the cucumbers on a cutting board.
- 3. Gently press the cucumbers flat with a heavy pot or a meat mallet until they crack.
- 4. Cut the pressed cucumbers into coarse pieces.
- 5. Place the cucumber pieces in a colander and salt them generously.
- 6. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 7. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 8. Cut the peach halves into thick wedges.
- 9. Tear the mozzarella into coarse pieces using your hands.
- 10. Wash the salad greens and spin them dry.
- 11. Rinse the blueberries.
- 12. Place the blueberries, mustard, 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a tall container.
- 13. Blend the ingredients into a smooth sauce.
- 14. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 15. Preheat the grill.
- 16. Roast the peach wedges on the hot grill for about 5 minutes.
- 17. Drizzle the grilled peaches with 1 teaspoon of honey.
- 18. Lightly salt the peaches.
- 19. Place the peaches in a bowl.
- 20. Mix the peaches with the prepared blueberry sauce.
- 21. Plate the salad with the marinated peaches.
