🥗 Crispy Salmon on Fresh Salad

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Fresh salad with dressing 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Let the salmon fillet thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Rinse the fillet under running water.
- 3. Pat the salmon dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Season the fillet on both sides with salt and pepper.
- 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 6. Place the salmon fillet in the hot pan.
- 7. Fry the salmon for about 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
- 8. Turn the fillet and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
- 9. Toss the salad thoroughly with the dressing.
- 10. Plate the salad onto the dishes.
- 11. Place the fried salmon fillet on top of the salad.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately and enjoy your meal!
