🥗 Crispy Chicken on Fresh Salad

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- oil 3 tbsp
- bell pepper, sweet 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- fresh salad with dressing 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- 4. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 5. Toss the chicken strips in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 7. Fry the chicken strips in it for about 4 to 5 minutes until crispy.
- 8. Arrange the salad on plates.
- 9. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- 10. Place the fried chicken strips on top and serve the dish.
