  3. 3. Place the Camembert cheeses into the prepared dish.
  4. 4. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the cheeses.
  5. 5. Bake the cheese in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the radicchio and the lamb's lettuce.
  9. 9. Gently dry the vegetables.
  10. 10. Tear the radicchio and lamb's lettuce into small pieces.
  11. 11. Arrange the salad and mushrooms on four plates.
  12. 12. Mix oil, vinegar, the remaining honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  13. 13. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
