🥗 Baked Camembert on Fresh Salad

Ingredients
- Camembert 200 g
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Radicchio 1 pc
- Valerian salad 150 g
- Mushrooms, white 200 g
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Lightly grease a baking dish with fat.
- 3. Place the Camembert cheeses into the prepared dish.
- 4. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the cheeses.
- 5. Bake the cheese in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 8. Wash the radicchio and the lamb's lettuce.
- 9. Gently dry the vegetables.
- 10. Tear the radicchio and lamb's lettuce into small pieces.
- 11. Arrange the salad and mushrooms on four plates.
- 12. Mix oil, vinegar, the remaining honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 13. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- 14. Take the Camemberts out of the oven.
- 15. Place one cheese on each salad.
- 16. Sprinkle the cheeses with a little pepper.
- 17. Serve the dish.
